Robin Hood is the movie I'm most excited about in the entire spring/summer film lineup. I'm a huge Crowe fan (as I've mentioned before!), and Ridley Scott is one of my favorite directors. So far, I haven't seen anything NOT to like about this movie. It's opening the Cannes film festival on May 12 and will be in wide release two days later on May 14. You can bet I'll be one of the first people in the theater!
This is a new behind-the-scenes featurette from NCM. It features Crowe, Blanchett, Scott, and producer Brian Grazer discussing different aspects of the film and the character of Robin Hood. More good reasons for me to be looking forward to it!
